Teaches DSPS Math Strategies Class; administers learning disabilities tests; provides disability related counseling.
Educational background:
B.A. Psychology, University of Chicago. M.A Education - Learning Disabilities, UC Santa Barbara, Teaching credentials: Special Education (K-12) and California Community College LD Specialist.
Work experience:
Community College LD since 1982 at SBCC, prior teaching with special education (K-12). Also worked in medical and psychiatric facilities.
Personal Perspective :
I trust the words of Mother Teresa to guide my life:"Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier." I also believe that personal success comes from matching one's abilities and interests to the right challenge.
